Babies Against Parenthood — Printable Cards Against Humanity Style Card Game

Babies Against Parenthood is the original Cards Against Humanity style adult card game, and it’s the perfect baby shower game! It’s a funny, multiplayer party game based on the familiar format from Cards Against Humanity which has has been enjoyed by tens of thousands of party-goers since it was created in 2014! This baby-themed version of CAH is more PG, but thankfully that’s open to interpretation 😉 This game is fun for baby showers, or a late night with friends also in the parenting way. Download, print, and you’re on your way!

Here’s what you’ll need:

Cardstock
A Printer
Scissors or a paper cutter if you’d rather not do so much work
Friends (Unfortunately, you can’t buy these.. so sorry!)

How to make the game:

Download (above)
Print it the file of your choice
(one file has ready-to-go black cards, the other has a grey border on the page intended for black cards — print these pages on a colored cardstock that matches your event theme!)
Cut it out.
Store it!

How to play:

The PDF file has instructions, but here’s the basic idea.

Everyone draws 10 White Cards to get set up.
Each round one person will read a question/fill-in-the-blank from a Black Card. (You can switch or keep the same card reader if you choose.)
Each round, everyone but the card reader will choose the White Card from their hand that they think is the funniest answer to the Black Card. (*Black cards with two or more blanks will require an equal amount of answer cards from players!)
The card reader will pick a winner by choosing the one they think is the most funny.
The funniest answer gets a point.
Everyone draws new White Cards so that they again have 10 cards and the cycle repeats.
The player with the most points wins.

That’s it! This game has the potential to be super funny, depending on who’s playing of course.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I print it on black cardstock?

No. However, these files do contain two ‘black card’ printing options.
- Option 1: Is meant to be printed on white cardstock and will give you the classic black cards with white text.
- Option 2: Will print black text and is meant for the colored cardstock of your choosing. I recommend something light enough to make the black ink easy to read.

Can I print this at Staples, UPS, Office Depot, etc.?

Yes! Please feel free.

How many cards are there?

There are 80 question cards (black cards) and 240+ answer cards (white cards) plus blanks to create your own)

Is this game LGBTQIA+ friendly?

Yes! While not every card will be applicable to everyone a whole new sheet of cards have been added to include wife & partner options, along with some new answer cards for added inclusivity. If you have suggestions for additions, please message me, I’d be happy to make edits.
