photo gdghpromo.jpgDo you love cloth diapers? How about helping out an awesome, worthwhile charity? Today you can do both!

Great WAHM (work at home mom) brands Ella Bella Bum, Moraki, Poppy Fields, Mo Dia, Zabi Baby, and Dunk-n-Fluff have teamed up for an auction benefiting the wonderful non-profit Giving Diapers, Giving Hope who helps to provide cloth diapers to income qualified families. GDGH is a lending organization, so diapers donated can go on to help many families!

Starting today you can bid on these adorable diapers to fill that craving for adorable fluff and do good for so many families at the same time.

If you don’t need any diapers but still want to help Giving Diapers Giving Hope, donations are always very much appreciated. They accept both cloth diapers (used are great!) and monetary donations. To find out more about donating, or even to apply, please visit their website.

To better explain what Giving Diapers, Giving Hope is really all about, Kim Rosas of Dirty Diaper Laundry made this short film. The devoted women behind this organization are always busy receiving and lovingly shipping diapers even when there are no blog posts being written, Facebook statuses being updated, or Tweets being sent. Day in and day out these women and other fabulous volunteers are putting in hours and hours just unpacking donations, sorting diapers, approving applications, and shipping boxes of hope to families. It might seem like a small thing, these little boxes of diapers, but to anyone who has ever struggled to choose between buying diapers or buying food this little box is truly the gift of freedom and peace of mind.

I hope that you enjoy this video explaining more about their great organization. When you’re done I encourage you to bid on a diaper or head over to their website to make a donation. No amount is too small and every diaper helps – I thank you for anything you can do to help spread the word about this great organization.
