If you’re a blogger, I’m sure you can relate to this. If you’re not a blogger, you may still appreciate it. Your favorite bloggers work hard to bring you content that they believe will be a value to you, and many invest full time hours into their sites – making them an asset to companies. Because of this, bloggers get flooded with pitch emails, most of which want something for nothing and are simply offensive, annoying and a waste of everyone’s time. We’re at our breaking point and this is for those companies!
Special thanks to the ladies of GoodGirlGoneGreen.com, GreenGiftsGuide.com, Conscientiousconfusion.com & JenAndJoeyGoGreen.com for their help in brightening my day and inspiring this graphic! They rock, so please check them out!
*giggle* This is one infographic I like!
Thank you Maria 🙂
Bahaha! This is awesome! Thanks to everyone who contributed to this piece of art lol. 😉
Hahaha, love it!
Thanks! Hoping maybe some reps will take the not-so-subtle hint, lol.
Ha ha. Love that you did this.
It is still making me laugh!
HA! I love this!
Very funny! This is so true! No blogger on the planet cares about your infographic.
Ha! I’m so glad to hear this. Whenever I see these I get glassy-eyed and then just skim over them until I get to the bottom. I was told that they are good for ‘visual’ people, but honestly I think its just a way to get out of writing. Thanks for making a case for bloggers and a good price for good content.
Have written about this subject ad nauseum for Forbes.com — that most flacks do not understand the nature of any media today — traditional or bloggers. Well done.
As a brand person, I can tell you we try to only provide content that’s valuable to bloggers and their readers. There are some awful PR practitioners out there…no doubt. At the same time, graphics and data visualization continues to drive the most interactions and spread for many bloggers and brands alike. Thanks for the post.
