  1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender, (I love Vitamix & Blendtec, and have heard great things bout the Ninja Blender (which has a lower price point))
  2. Pour into a glass and add a glass straw, or use travel tumbler for on the go.

  1. Buying a blender was definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life, especially since I gave up on eating meat. I’ve always loved meat, but due to heart problems and high levels of cholesterol I had to go vegetarian and it was then when I realized I had to discover new sources of protein.
    This smoothie looks like a real treat, I’ll bookmark it for when I have all the necessary ingredients.

  2. Mmmmm.. That sounds delicious! I’ve had a jar of Moringa powder laying around the house, so I’ve just been looking for ways to use it up. If I like it, I mighr buy some more
