Ready to blend?
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces Harvest Bay Coconut Water
- 2 scoops of Epic Protein by Windy City Organics
- 1 T It’s Moringa Green Superfood Powder
- 2 T Happy Hemp Seeds
- 1 T Rich Nature goji powder
- 1 Organic Banana
- Handful of Organic Kale
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients together in a blender, (I love Vitamix & Blendtec, and have heard great things bout the Ninja Blender (which has a lower price point))
- Pour into a glass and add a glass straw, or use travel tumbler for on the go.

Buying a blender was definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life, especially since I gave up on eating meat. I’ve always loved meat, but due to heart problems and high levels of cholesterol I had to go vegetarian and it was then when I realized I had to discover new sources of protein.
This smoothie looks like a real treat, I’ll bookmark it for when I have all the necessary ingredients.
