- A Printer
- Cardstock (one in white, and two more in your balloon color/s of your choice)
- 1.5″ Hole Punch
- Tape Squares
- Frame (with Matting for a finished look)

Use your hole punch to create “balloons” from your colored cardstock.
Place your printed design in a frame and allow your guests to sign their name to balloon and place it on the image using tape squares.
When your party is over, place the glass in your frame and hang it!
