I can’t believe summer break is almost here (free printable!)

Our son’s first year of kindergarten is drawing to a close and he’s excited but will soon be missing all of his new friends.  To keep in touch I made up a little card design to print out and have him give to his classmates. I thought I’d share it with you.

Print these on card stock (these print 10 to a page), or paper if you prefer, and simply write in your child’s name and phone number (the printable page has blank lines to write on).
