So I’ve mentioned it before that I’ve been working on offering cloth diaper classes locally. We held our first real class last month, along with some great local promotions and it was great! (Farmers’ market, local tv, newspaper, hospital, etc!) I really enjoyed the class and am looking forward to our next one. It was a lot of fun meeting new moms and sharing something that I care so much about.
For my class I made up a six page handout for attendees to take home and be able to reference. A lot of work has gone into this, and I want to share that with you so that you can share and use this too.
This is a PDF version of my handout. I encourage you to hold classes of your own and to share this with friends, family or anyone else interested in trying cloth. Know someone having a baby shower? Include it with their gift. Be sure to print double sided to save paper!

If you are interested in holding your own class you might use this simple flyer design. Simply write in your date, location and contact info (email or phone, whatever you’re comfortable with!)
Great, concise info- thanks for sharing!
Great thanks…I'm only just about to start out cloth diapering when baby is born here within the next week:) But I've thought about doing something like teaching a class in the fall/winter, when I have a few months of actual experience not just a bunch of "book learn'n", I don't know anyone in the area who cloth diapers so I thought I'd try to spread the word, but I'm pretty new at this and am not sure how much knowledge I can contribute as of yet. We'll see how much interest I find when I show off my CD'd newborn!
GREAT info! Found you on the Cloth Diaper BBC group!

I've been CDing for a while but I am going to print this out to give to people who ask me questions about it. Would you mind if I repost it on my blog? mindfullyfrugalmom.blogspot.com — giving you credit of course — you must have put a LOT of work into it!
Very helpful, thanks!
So happy to find a website that is very resourceful !
I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own weblog and was wondering what
all is needed to get set up? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny?
I’m not very web smart so I’m not 100% positive.
Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
I love this! I wish I came across this when I was pregnant with my first, I probably would have starting CDing from day one!
I might have to share this with my sister, who is expecting in March. I am hoping to convert her. Wish me luck!!
goodness i love it!
