If you’re anything like most people I’ve met, you were fed a line of bull about your body. Your school likely pushed toxic products at you, because that’s who funded the “intro to womanhood” video and samples. You were provided a limited education by the corporate machine hidden by education and trust. We’ve been mislead and we’ve been denied the real education of how amazing our bodies are and how to better know them and care for them.

While these pieces still have relevancy, I recommend following Put A Cup In It, where I expand on these topics and have a wide range of resources to help support you.

  1. Thanks for all of the links. I have been using a cup for about a year and I will never go back. I think we just need to educate more women about the safer options and how much better they are for you

  3. Thank you for the information! I have really been enjoying my menstrual cloth since I started using it a couple years ago. It’s so easy! (Especially since we use other reusable products!)
